My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and had a great view, but they were a bit run down and offered very few amenities for a 5-star hotel, not even a bottle of water. The room size felt small for the price paid for 4 people. The service was very helpful when needed, but I did notice some insufficiencies in checks and thoroughness. The location had nice hiking possibilities close by, but lacked the proactive service level expected. The dining experience was amazing with a huge variety of traditional food, but could have offered more variety in breads and vegetables. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
